The room was great. The check in process was fast and smooth. It smelled so great in there I don’t know what fragrance it was a great smell. It was clean and quiet. This will be my go to hotel every time I visit if I need one.

The desk staff were friendly and courteous. Quiet. They only clean after 3 nights. If you need something such as towels or amenities you have to request it.

Everything was good as soon as you walked in the doors it was the best comfort suites that I’ve ever been to only problem that we had was that the couch had white spots on it, and we know where the white spots come from semen the cushion covers should’ve been sanitize washed..

Staff was super friendly but I was unhappy that when they gave me my room key, they announced my room number in the lobby when other people were around. Therefore announcing the location I would be for the rest of the night. Just a safety/ security issue for me as a female traveler. Other than that the rest of my stay was amazing!

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and the “shop” so we didn’t have to bring water. The pool was closed and they only had tiny bottles of water. Disappointing.
