The location was good, convenient to everything. Not walkable but a close drive. The unit was very clean. The primary issue was the unit was too small. The king size bed created a walking space where you had to move out of the way for the other to pass through. Fortunately the bathroom was a much better size and was quite nice. We made do! The price was right!

The cabin was tiny, but functional for the two of us. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was seating on the deck. They do have a picnic table on the side of the cabin but I would have prefered to sit and eat on my patio. It was reasonably quiet but there was a dog (puppy) across the street that was allowed to bark consistently for 30 minutes or longer around 8am and throughout the day. I'm not sure, but the homes across from us seems to be homes, not vacation rentals. We were very close to downtown, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny Home pics are very misleading. They are not in a remote area. The pic show the last in a row of many that sits in a busy corner of town. Also, you share the tiny house with another renter on the opposite end. Also, they don't heat the hot tub.

This was really half a tiny house. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and people were very friendly. We could hear the folks that were in the other half of the tiny house.

I rented the deluxe king with mountain view and there was no mountain view. The suite faced trailors where people lived and a chain link fence. The units are back to back so you are attached to another unit and you can hear them talk and use the washroom. For the cost i would definitely find somewhere else to stay. The unit was very clean but lacks space for luggage and no work space.

The tiny house was very clean and nicely set up. The bathroom shower was spotless with reliable hot and cold water flow, and the AC/heater worked efficiently, cooling or warming the space within minutes. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was spotty and often inoperable—this may have been due to the location of the property.

Very tiny space around the bed to move around in general. Also placement of the fire extinguisher in the narrow space on the wall near the foot of the bed results in a hazard for frequent hitting when navigating moving around the bed. The high windows need coverings which can be closed due to the effect of light on the TV and also the outside street lights that shine in the window all night long.

So the luxury rooms are as small as it shows in the pictures. The beds are very stiff and noisy. There is a pool by the office but it’s ice cold, and the hot tub could be hotter. If you’re going to use the TV in your luxury room, make sure you already have an existing account with Netflix or who ever you’re subscribing to. Didn’t have any issues with the internet while I was there.

Stayed in Tiny Home. Limited hot water in shower. Roku TV: could not use since WIFI was nonexistent. WIFI would not connect. Clean, very cute, new tiny home: more like a hotel room rather than a tiny home. Great location.

The only complaint was they don’t give you enough towels or change the towels out, so we were struggling. Also the WiFi didn’t work nor could we use the TV because of it. We had kayaked for hours and wanted to chill and watch a movie. We couldn’t even scroll social media
