Very nice property. I stayed there for Thanksgiving and some early season snowboarding at Wolf Creek. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare out Thanksgiving meal. Overall, property was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The home is well appointed and is a great location - close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts.The property has a large fenced backyard, so it was perfect for our dog. Just note that there are steps to access the main level.

Comfy and Quiet

We had a great time. Everything was good- communication, location, property. The yard was very enjoyable and we really got a kick out of the deer that visited every evening. The location was great - out of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet conveniently located near the stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with culinary tools not normally provided - for the cook of the group, that was very much appreciated! We would stay again.

Great home base

We had an excellent stay at this house! The location is great - super close and convenient to everything in Pagosa. The property owners were responsive and helpful. It was also super nice having a garage to park a vehicle and keep snowboard/ski equipment. When we were there, it was not snowing but some other houses' driveways had snow and ice on them. This house's driveway was totally clear. My kids also enjoyed playing in the spacious yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Christmas stay at Pagosa

We come to Pagosa to snowboard Thanksgiving, Christmas and again in February! This cabin was one of my least favorites! There was old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, left over tea left in a tea making machine! The stairs are not carpeted and very slippery for my pets so I had to carry them up and down to go outside! The master bedrooms mattress was hard as a rock and the bunkbeds downstairs had a mattress on the bottom bunk but was slats and no mattress on top! We had a good time but it’s not a place I’d ever wanna stay again!

Great Place

Awesome place. Loved the fenced in yard for the pup. We had daily visits from mule deer and chipmunks that he loved to chase after. Plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked and the den was awesome - nice big tv and comfy furniture. Large king sized bed with its own AC unit in the master. Well stay here again.

Peaceful and perfect location

Property location is perfect for proximity to the places we were going, and quiet. Even with the stairs were not a problem for us. It was so nice to stay in this home and have all of the pleasantries of home. Would definitely recommend especially if you enjoy staying active and don’t mind stairs.

Best place we have stayed in Pagosa ever

We've been to Pagosa at least 4 times, and this was our best stay yet. The house is very comfortable, the king bed is also very comfortable, all the cooking supplies you need, convenient gas grill, handy washer/dryer/dishwasher. Garage space a big bonus and we loved the location. Nicer than staying in town in our opinion & puts you closer to the hikes out Piedra road, which are the best we think. Enjoyed the birds, animals and swing chair in the back yard. Great views from the living room and front deck. Definitely recommend highly.

Plan to stay here again

Nice house, good location. We have stayed in this home before and both times found that it suited our needs well. Things that were important to our stay: Rooms/washer and dryer/garage/kitchen. 3 bedrooms- my boys shared bedroom #2 and my daughter used the room with the bunk bed. The bathroom on the lower level was a good size for them to share. Washer and dryer on that level were helpful to keep all their things down on that level. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The fireplace was nice to cozy up to when returning from the slopes. The garage barely fit my Ford Explorer but we like staying in a place with a garage so that don't have to deal with car prep before hitting the slopes. Everything was in working order and communication with the owner was easy and timely. I would have no hesitation about staying here again.

The property is very nice, well furnished, and the kitchen is complete with anything you may need. It was very clean, instructions were clear and the owners were very responsive. The decks and yard were great with lots of deer in the yard. A great location and very nice house. We enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent vacation home

This house is very well stocked with kitchen, bath, and bedroom essentials. The arrival and departure process was simple and easy. The location in the Pagosa Lakes neighborhood is very convenient to city shopping and great mountain hiking trails. We stayed 11 nights. It was really pleasant; the second floor living room is like staying in a deluxe tree house. We would be happy to return.

Great experience

The warm and cozy vacation home of Mr. and Mrs. White provided my wife and I with the perfect location to enjoy our hiking trip in the Pagosa Springs area. Watching deer meander in the landscaped backyard patio during breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine on the front deck after a long day of hiking was delightful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils that made breakfast preparation a snap. A minor snag at check-in was quickly resolved and the whites gave us a generous credit that we used for a delicious dinner one evening. This home is a “must stay” when visiting Pagosa Springs
