It was too smokey. Having to check in at an area where there is smoking permitted is bad for people who have issues breathing. Same with the eating areas I side the casino area. People who have breathing issues cannot enjoy those amenities.

Was listed as non-smoking, however you had to register and travel to rooms through smoking area. Tried to leave one day early, but could not cancel remanig resevation. Very disapointrd.

I guess I have never stayed in a smoking room and it was pretty disheartening to see all the cigarette burns in the room. It kind of makes you feel unsafe in a hotel, knowing how careless smokers are.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are dated, but clean. For the price it’s a good place to stay in Pahrump. The casino is super smokey, disgusting. The hotel is to the side of the Casino, so it’s very good. We did hear neighbors clanging around at about 7:00am. But that’s fairly typical at any hotel.

Why I won't be back

We were visiting family in town and just needed a place to sleep for the night. I had went to the bank beforehand as I wanted to pay cash snd they said sure no problem. But then they charged a $50 deposit to my card after i told them i was paying cash. They said well we can't do that for the room deposit and I asked why every room Ive ever used has allowed me to pay cash. So I reluctantly used my bank card and ended up losing my card on that trip but I asked them when I would get that money back and they said in 7 to 10. Days. It took them 10 days to out that money back in my account. They blamed my bank , but. My bank is always very prompt with transactions. This had nothing to do with my bank. I didn't like the way they handled this snd for that reason i will stay at another hotel next month when we return.
