This motel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Just a 5-6 minute walk into the heart of town. At the end of the block heading for town is a beautiful sand beach. Great stay!

Fabulously clean room, amazing shower with great pressure, very comfortable bed and pillows, central location. Kitchenette had all the necessities. Wonderful staff and superb value. Newly renovated internally with brand new fittings. Very clean and high quality bedding, towels and extra amenities. A bonus to have a fridge, small freezer, induction hob, microwave and kettle. Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay.

The upstairs room was well appointed The bedding supplied was clean and comfortable. The manager was excellent and helpful at all times. The kitchen was well provided with cooking utensils. I did find the shower was ok but nowhere to put soap and conditioner. I suggest they install liquid soap dispensers in the shower; this is common trend in many hotels now. Plenty of parking and many restaurants, bars are within easy walk.
