Located 3 km from the beaches and Paimpol town center, and just 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this beautiful 130 m² detached stone house offers comfort and space for a relaxing stay close to the coast.



Amenities include fiber Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a private free parking space.



The property features a bright 70 m² open area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a comfortable living room with HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, plus a conservatory overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and a terrace with countryside views.



There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds) and an en-suite shower room with toilet; upstairs, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, another with two 90 cm beds (can be joined), and an additional toilet.



Babysitting and station shuttle service are available for an extra charge. Beach towels can also be provided for an extra charge.



Pets: one dog allowed for an extra fee (no cats).
