This gorgeous fully remodeled home offers all the amenities of a modern home with the charm of an old Hollywood Glam. It is centrally located in the famous Movie Colony, a short walk to Downtown, this is one of the best areas to live or stay in Palm Springs when visiting. It has amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains, very private sitting on a corner lot, enclosed with beautiful tall green ficus hedges, an oversized pool with jacuzzi. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, casino, hiking, etc. Ideal for either a relaxing or fun gateway. You will love your stay here.

Sitting in a private lot, a little under a 1/2 acre, this home flows effortlessly with its open floor concept. It has a spacious living and dining room, perfect for entertaining family and friends. There is a bar with a wine fridge accessible from the kitchen and island as well as the dining room and living room. It has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a sitting area and amazing views of the pool and all the greenery outside. 2 1/2 bathrooms with each room having a door that leads outside to a beautiful oversized pool that has a jacuzzi and gorgeous mountain views.

The pool/jacuzzi can be heated for 150.00 per day upon request.

A fabulous, beautiful home

We felt so lucky to have stayed in this home. Being a group of 8, the large kitchen and easy access to the back porch, ample, private back yard and the comfortable decor more than met our needs. The owner was SO gracious and so helpful with our stay and made sure all of our needs were met by checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Girls Trip

We were a group of 6 moms/friends on a fun weekend getaway looking for a little sunshine and a lot of relaxation. It was exactly what we got. Jannet was incredibly communicative and allowed us early check-in. The house was very comfortable with fun touches like a cool bar. We sat outside each evening and it was perfect. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi heater wasn't working. Jannet sent people to fix it immediately and it did work but then turned off and ultimately wasn't working. She offered late check out at no cost for the trouble. It would have been nice to sit out there at night but we were fine without it. Great place to stay with a group and we had a fantastic time!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a wonderful, relaxing week we spent at this lovely home with its private spacious yard and pool. Across the street was the shaded park and playground where we could take the kids and dog to play. Thank you, Jannet, for being a great hostess!
