They gave away the original room we have booked. Hotels.com didn’t defend our loss either. Original room fee was over $150 more per night than room we have gotten. However we only have got $100 points credit. This is total scam.

I don’t usually stay here when I am in the desert but it was nice - clean, recently upgraded, helpful staff. I was there for business and didn’t have my suit but the pool looked great. I would stay here again.

I believe you should have given me a discount for the first night stay at your hotel seeing as our phone didn't work and we couldn't reach the front desk to let you know the heater wasn't working. So we slept cold for the first night.

A few years ago (post pandemic); this Embassy Suites fully shut down for a thorough remodel and renovation. Sadly, the current operator (management company) is actively ruining the property, deferring & neglecting the most basic of maintenance and repairs. Squeezing every nickel out of the net operating income. Under staffing the whole hotel, over burdening the housekeeping staff; under stocking all of the rooms consumables and linens. The box spring sham covers did not look they had been laundered in six months. The carpets were stained and desperately needed shampooing. My sister’s room the toilet would not flush.
