Honestly, the host seemed like I was bothering him when I arrived , and called him. I know it was the holdays, but he would not answer my email when I ask about the amenties. There a book with all the regulations, but many guests would be at the spa well past the 10.00 pm deadline. In fact,one time up till one thirty am. The resident above me had just puchased the condo, and was renovating it at night. The ceiling had very little insulation. Last, hardly anyone could get the laundry app to work, so they were all buying cards. Who do you contact? The only contact information I had was the host. I guess my definition of host differs from his?
