Enter through the majestic gates and up a 300` private driveway, to this secluded and very private ``Santorini Inspired`` estate that sits at the top of The Mesa in South Palm Springs. Sweeping panoramic views of the entire valley is only one of the many special highlights of this iconic Palm Springs estate. Originally designed and built by architect William Nicholson in 1977, the structure is a unique work of art. The property went thru a complete ``re-imagination`` and renovation 2018-2019. An abundance of natural elements were used in the renovation, including Curved plaster walls, softly domed ceilings, half-moon openings on the fireplaces, century old beams from a 120 yr old farmhouse, imported tiles from Greece including Thassos marble and white Agean limestone. Being offered ``turn-key furnished``, with designer furnishings and high-end appliances throughout. This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in the main house, and 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in the casita. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

Pool heating is $75/day. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

*** To ensure a seamless stay, a brief meet-and-greet with our Welcome Host is required upon arrival to walk through the home and its features. Our team will contact you in advance to coordinate your arrival time. If a walkthrough cannot be accommodated during check-in, it will be scheduled for the following day at a mutually convenient time. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, the walkthrough will be scheduled for the next morning. ***

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --

1. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 8–12 and April 15–19, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 22–26, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

2. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday.

3. Pool heating is $75/day and spa heating is complimentary. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat before check in. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

4. Early check in at 1PM ($200) and late check out at 2PM ($200) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6.No pets are allowed under any circumstances. A fine of $750 will be imposed for any presence or evidence of pets on the premises.

7. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

10. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
