Our check in was great. The girl at the front desk was really nice and explained everything well. I had received a call the night before but missed it and when I tried calling back it gave me an error. We did arrive later at night (around 8 pm) and check in and finding our room was fast. They also have lots of parking available, which was nice. We liked the location bc it was close enough to everything without it being too chaotic. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the cleanliness and the main shower of our room. When we arrived there was a Carl’s Jr cup on top of the microwave, some towels were not completely clean. Our bathrooms were low on body wash and there was left over soap bars from before. The shower from the bathroom in the main room had high pressure but would shoot water out from all sides so it was not staying inside. Showering made a mess and big puddles every time we used it. We also noticed it was hot in the bathroom and found that someone put tissue/paper in the vent. Not sure if it was people before us but it wasn’t taken out and was making the bathroom hot. Lastly the tv in the living room didn’t work. There was no channels and said no signal. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t spend much time indoors watching tv but it was just inconvenient not to be able to watch something while eating or hanging out. Check out was fast and convenient. Overall good experience. Thank you

Beautiful accommodations

We love the layout of the condo with two spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen. The area is quiet and security was on site and visible. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

This is our 2nd time staying here with family and always had a great time. I like that the units have full kitchen to cook and barbecue pits to grill. We very much enjoyed the pool time and that they keep floties around to use. So close to grocery and casino.

Loved our stay here, the condo was perfect and spacious with everything you could need. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always called out hello and were very attentive. The whole area felt safe. The pool is lovely, it was quiet most of the time but busy at the weekends, plenty of sunbeds and chairs and tables to use. There are BBQs available if you want to cook. The grounds are well cared for with beautiful flowers and plants. We saw hummingbirds for the first time. We would definitely return here, it has everything you need nearby. Ralph’s is the most local supermarket if you wanted to walk but there are lots of other choices and restaurants a short drive away. Palm Springs is amazing we can’t wait to come back one day soon.

The stay was good mostly, the only issue was we didn’t have water one morning and was not notified it would be out. Turns out it was a construction issue. Also later that same day there was no hot water. Other than that I would stay there again.
