The condo is totally equipped with everything you need, it is only missing you and your baggage. The 2 Bedroom Penthouse is on the top floor (36) and looks over the city and Ocean. There is a full kitchen and laundry room, as well as bathroom amenities. You have access to the parking garage, pool, gym, spa, and there are 2-3 restaurants on site as well as In room dining provided by the hotel room service to the residential units. We as the owner of 78 residential units in this building offer housekeeping services at an additional cost. Packages are 1 or 2 visits per week and can be inquired directly at our on site office (suite #1902). Minimum of 44 nights stays
