Great place and great area. Only reason for 4 star is bed was hard and there was no balcony. Other than that I would recommend.

The worst attention ever!!, The air conditioning didn't work, and at night there was no one to answer the problem, I slept super uncomfortable because of the heat and no one bothered to solve the problem. What they recommended me was that I go and make the claim

The condo was beautiful once I was able to get in. The instructions for entry need to be improved. the message said a 6 digit code and the # sign. That’s all the instructions. After repeated tries like that a neighbor came by and I asked for help. He showed me how to open it. Later I could not lock it, following the opening procedure. The lobby man came up at my request and showed me. hit any key first, then enter your code and immediately turn the knob to right to lock or to left to open. AND it can be turned 3 times to triple lock or open. WOW….how was anyone to know, unless you built the system!

Arcadia Condos is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations are top-notch, and everything was great, except for the hot water. If you're planning to visit the city center, keep in mind it might take about 30 to 45 minutes due to traffic in Panama. Overall, though, I had a fantastic stayed and truly enjoyed my time.
