Very convenient location. Room is clean and temperature is easily controlled. There is de-humidifier in the hallway so it helped to control the humidity. The staff are very nice and pleasant. Just some minor things need to improve. The first day arrival it was after 3pm and room was not ready. We had to wait 20 mins. There was only one piece of soap in the bathroom. No shower gel so the only piece of soap had to be used for washing hands and taking shower. No garbage bin in the room except washroom. No bed side table and lamp. During the week it was quiet at night. But Saturday night there was a bit noise on the street like someone blowing the whistle, a bit strange but not too bothering. I really like the area. It feel very safe, lots of police present in the whole old town. There are lots of good restaurants, cafe and shops. If you want to buy some souvenirs this is the best place. It's very walkable but have to be careful about the uneven surface and high curb of the sidewalks and crossing the streets there are no traffic lights.

excellent stay in Casco Viejo

Excellent stay in Casco Viejo, perfectly located for us to explore by foot. Fun rooftop bar, nice modern decor. My only complaint is, umm.. well, what's wtih the see-through bathroom door?? Who wants this?? Anyway, that aside, we loved the stay, would definately suggest it to anyone, but beaware, whoever you stay with can watch you in the bathroom.

The staff are very professional and friendly. It’s small hotel with an excellent location in Casco Viejo. All the amazing restaurants and, coffees walking distance. Our favorites restaurants were Santa Rita, Fonda lo que hay, La Pulpería, Corcho, Café Unido, French Bistro 1739 y La Panadería bakery & cafe del Hotel La Compañía. The room was very big with 2 very confortable full beds, small sitting area, a balcony, a big closet and, a big bathroom. It has a coffee maker a big plus, robes and, sleepers. The things were missing in the room: hooks for hanging hand towels, full length mirror, box of tissues and, a small magnifying mirror. We loved our staying. We were there for 3 nights only.

Staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is great. The hotel is on both sides of the street and we were on the side with the restaurant and opposite to the reservation desk. The bath needs more shelf/towel space -- this would be my only concern.

Overall Hotel is beautiful, had a balcony view. Downside of my stay there were plumbing issues with inability to shower or use the restroom in entire building. It was inconvenient having to use restroom from restaurant across the street.
