Everything was fantastic, however the bed sheets could be a little more clean, restock paper towel or hand towel in the bathroom and restock drinks as well as water :). The bathroom could be little more clean. Other than that everything was perfect.

Extremely Disappointed — Not Worth the Stay From the moment I stepped into the hallway, I was met with a strong, mouldy odour, which carried over into the room. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the air throughout felt stale and unclean. The room was not cleaned daily, and fresh towels were not provided unless repeatedly requested. I had to call several times just to receive basic essentials like tissue and bottled water, which should have been standard. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were extremely limited and remained the same every day. There was no variety or effort to offer guests a better experience during their stay. Overall, this was a very poor showing for a hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made the stay deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made across the board.

I was very disappointed that you have so many things, but everything was closed. The steakhouse closed, the club closed, smoothie store closed. Couldn’t do anything on the rooftop bar because it was closed. Looking at the views is always important for travelers. Also extremely hard to control the temperature in the rooms. I was freezing in the middle of June. You can’t keep the door open because the floors will sweat and it gets slippery. We also don’t get clean towels each day. When I asked it took hours. But the hotel is beautiful. Oh happy hour every night is great. Bed was not the best. The mall is connected but barely any stores open there. Room has a fridge but no microwave which isn’t good because I always bring food home from dinner. The breakfast ladies were very friendly.
