I enjoyed the service from most of the staff who ensured I was welcomed. Two people in particular that made my stay great was Maria the server at breakfast. It was a pleasure to wake up and go down for breakfast and to be greeted and served by Maria. She always knew that I needed salsa picante with my food. Miguel was the person who helped me check in. He ensured that I was satisfied with the room I requested and all my recommendations were fulfilled. I will always book my stay at Riande Urban Hotel anytime I travel to Panama.

Excellent, Classy Place, Centrally Located

Very classy place, love the design. My bed was extremely comfortable! The staff were incredibly warm. I enjoyed breakfast, and especially enjoyed the lunch I had in the restaurant. The neighborhood is centrally located with many eateries in walking distance. This is definitely going to be my go-to place. I also love that it is still family owned.

I love the people at riande and it’s an amazing location and price, the trash though the past couple times I’ve stayed smells very strong in the pool area and lights in rooms and rugs just need to be replaced , simple maintenance issues

Basic but Nice Hotel

Riande Urban was the last stay of our two week family adventure in Panama. We stayed at its sister hotel Riande Airport, and noticed that they are pretty bare bones. If you're expecting a fridge for drinks and coffee maker then maybe this isn't the right place for you. It was fine for our needs though. Beds were comfy and rooms fairly spacious. Staff were kind to us and check in was easy, they were booked up when we arrived so we had to wait til 3 to check in. Breakfast was basic, eggs, meat and a third choice that was rotated. There were also some deli meats, cheese, fruit and cereal. Since it was a packed hotel we had to wait a bit for food when we arrived at 800am. The pool was nice and refreshing and our daughter loved it. However, it's a bit run down and we noticed a sewer smell in one area of the pool.

I called the hotel for 2 days prior to check-in and the day of check-in, with no answer. I had Expedia try to call them, no answer. I arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and they would not allow you to use the pool. The Guest Service guy clearly didn’t care about making anyone happy or trying to accommodate. The breakfasts are cheap and nasty. They had eggs, a meat, and toast, very little cheese, and fruit. This place is not worth your money. I asked them to freeze my ice packs to travel back home with medication the day before checkout. When I received my ice packs they were not frozen! Find somewhere else to stay!!!

Great stay

This has become my fav hotel in PC, cleanliness, service, value, breakfast, pool, gym, nice sheets, location, friendly staff. my only wish is that they would actually measure the pool chemicals, every time I have used the pool the past 4 years it consistantly burns your eyes-otherwise it is a great pool
