Wonderful property with stunning views. The kitchen is functional, the bedrooms are upstairs and spacious. It’s facing away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the old town which was a major plus. Yet, you’re literally a five min walk away from everything. Would stay here again and again.

There was construction going on outside the property that we had to navigate through. Around the property was dirty and homeless people camped out outside front door. Also, the bathrooms were not that clean.

The apartment was close to everything. We had all comforts we needed. If it was just girls i would prefer to be surrounded by updated buildings. But everyone we interacted with was very nice, you are on the edge of updated and not updated.Juan and his team were very responsive to the few small issues we had.Some water damage noted and not updated but thats not uncommon. Laundry worked well. Did not do any cooking. Balcony was nice. Air not working in 1 bedroom.Overall would stay again

Lovely property with responsive hosts

Highly recommend! This is a beautiful 2 room/2 bath condo. The balcony is over the ocean and every room has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with a wine bottle opener, utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. The hosts respond quickly to emails and WhatsApp calls/messages.Things to know: -You need a QR code to enter the building and a keybox code once inside to obtain the keys to your unit. This is very convenient - the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that we didn't receive the QR code prior to arriving, and the keybox code didn't work. The hosts were very responsive when we called.-There is an elevator.-The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor - atop a very narrow winding staircase. -Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.-The location is right on the edge of town and so is much quieter than other areas. Very short walk to the Plaza Herrera.

Excellent choice for Casco Viejo

This is a convenient location in Casco Viejo. It's one of the very few condos in the area with a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Causeway. The management company were very attentive and easy to contact through Whatsapp.
