The room was spotless, well cleaned! The housekeepers deserve a raise or bonus. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The bamboo lemongrass was so awesome on my body. The location is ideal, very close to Iglesia del Carmen train station and a walk from many supermarket, stores, restaurants etc.

All the staff, the cleanliness, the room comfort and the bars and restaurants were first class. My only complaint is that the room does not have a fridge that gets cold. You cannot keep your own items like leftovers or cold drinks in the fridge due to its poor reliability.

First, the good part. The room was spacious, super clean and well appointed. Now, for the not so good. The water for the shower/ sink was not hot enough. The check in process was awful. Slow and tedious. I had a guest visit me and they charged me $55 for that. A total rip off as it did not cost them anything at all to accommodate me for that. The elevator service was poor. The inclusive breakfast buffet was ok, but when I wanted a la carte ( which I would pay for), after telling me ok, it turned out that they did not have what was on the menu. Beware of Panama casino laws, too. Upon cashing in my chips, they charged me a tax on the cashed in chips. Including on the money that I started with! Unbelevable!
