My little oasis is very private, the swimming pool is surrounded by trees and beautiful plants. Secluded, bright, sunny, breezy - the perfect spot just to relax in the sun or enjoy the pool
The room I rent out has a private entrance, so that you can come and go as you please.
There is one other bungalow in our little compound where a good friend lives.
Everything you need is within walking distance including the famous Alona Beach.

The space
Just a 4-minute walk from Danao Beach and 1.1 miles from Alona Beach, Alf's Guesthouse features accommodations in Panglao Island with a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The homestay offers a pool with a view with a fence, as well as an open-air bath and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a toaster and fridge. With free WIFI, this homestay provides a flat screen TV, a washing machine. Guests can take in the views of the pool from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. Guest access
Outside the bedroom, guests have full access to our side of the patio ,can use the swimming pool and the outside kitchen where they can cook. The kitchen utensils is all provided.
Our internet connection is powered by Globe Fiber with a 400mbps speeds.
So you can enjoy to watch any movies on our Netflix TV , Primevideo and also good for those who working online and it has working space as well to make your stay more comfortable.

Other things to note
I do have motorbike for rent on my property for my guest own convenience. On the other side of the space/next apartment there is other guests who are staying for long term rent.
