We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. The staff were so kind and really caring to the kids. The food was top notch and comforting. Every day had a different theme. The drinks were great too. The property is set facing the beach and the views during sunset are really beautiful. The beach was sufficiently clean and looked like there were lots of activities you could purchase separately. One of the pools were being cleaned when we were staying. But the other three were great and also relaxing. The best part of this resort was that it was not over crowded. So you felt that you're being taken care of. Over all our family thoroughly enjoyed here. Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Casa Conde Beach Resort is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a relaxed, low-key experience. The food choices were good and consistent, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby beaches and attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained, though they felt adequate rather than modern or luxurious. That said, the resort is fairly quiet with limited activities and entertainment, which makes it better suited for retired travelers or those seeking downtime rather than young couples looking for a lively atmosphere. Wonderful gem of a hotel. Large property with great beachfront, nice (but dated) rooms, great staff, good food, and nice pools. This is a great all inclusive hotel for those looking for a quiet location for a beautiful beach getaway. Staff is amazing....Candy, Steven, Kenneth, Emmanuel, Kevin, Danny, and Geo at the Tour desk. We had a great stay here. It is a small resort, so there's not a lot of activity going on, if that's something you're looking for. Being a small resort, you get to know the staff and other guests, which made for a great experience. Emmanuel at the pool bar was awesome!! Geovanny at the tour desk was also great and helpful with so many things. Also, there was no issue getting deck chairs any time of the day. The rooms are nice and clean and well maintained. The resort looks like it's been around for a while, so there is some wear and tear, but overall, the resort is well maintained, with really nice grounds. The food was good all week, but the buffet was the only real option. There was the ability to get things ordered (like sandwiches, burgers, fries). We did not go hungry. The beach is right at the resort and is nice and sandy. It's darker sand, but wasn't too hot on the feet. It is a public beach that is accessed through a gate, but it is quiet and you don't get bothered by people trying to sell things and resort has loungers that can be put out on the beach for you. Overall, a great experience.

It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay. Clean, great food, friendly staff. We did several excursions over our 12 days, and we were up very early for some. The site was nice and peaceful at night, and we slept very well. Very close to the beach, fishing, kayaking. it was great!

Our family of 9 (8 adults and 1 child) had the most incredible stay at this resort, and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. After a disastrous start to our Costa Rica trip at another resort that we had to leave early, we were honestly worried our vacation was ruined. This place not only saved our trip—it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Each of our rooms was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was phenomenal—dining at its finest. With 8 adults who all have different tastes and dietary preferences, plus our little one who can be picky, we were thrilled to find multiple options offering fresh, delicious options. We enjoyed the pristine pools, the swim-up bar, the amazing array of mixed drinks, and easy access to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica that delivers on every promise, look no further. Check in staff was rude. Room was gross. Not what I booked. Classified as a four star. Definitely a two star at most. Resort falling apart. Only good thing was the one restaurant had delicious food. Grounds poorly kept. No chairs on the beach.
