The Space:

Each villa offers breathtaking Ionian Sea views. Upon entry, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen and seating area with a comfortable couch and Smart TV, dining table. All rooms are equipped with A/C units for your comfort.



The equipped with essentials kitchen includes needed for meal preparation, and the outdoor veranda features a dining table.



The outdoor area includes a private hot tub which can be used all day except the quiet hours 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.



Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 is on the mezzanine level with a curtain for privacy. It has two single beds (90x180 cm) that can be combined into a queen bed upon request.

• Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and also has two single beds (90x180 cm), combinable into a queen bed on request.



Additional amenities include high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi and Smart TV (stream your own Netflix account).

Free private parking is provided in the centre of Parga, making trips into town stress-free. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the olive grove, with easy access to nearby beach, hiking trails, and charming villages.

Agia Kyriaki is a peaceful, small village surrounded by lush olive groves and unspoiled nature — the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. While quiet and authentic, the village has one local café where you can enjoy a drink or a home-cooked meal in a laid-back atmosphere. The vacation homes are set back from the main road, nestled within a garden and olive grove, offering calm, seclusion, and stunning views of the Ionian Sea.



Lichnos Beach, known for its clear turquoise waters and laid-back charm, is just 2 km away — ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a seaside taverna. The lively center of Parga is only 5 km away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, and beautiful walking paths through its picturesque harbor and historic streets. Getting Around:

Free parking is available on the property for up to two cars, making it easy to explore the surrounding area by car. For added convenience, we also offer reserved parking in the center of Parga — perfect for hassle-free visits to town, especially during the busy season.



A traditional taverna, coffee shop, and mini market are located just across the street, so daily essentials are right at your doorstep. Lichnos Beach is approximately 1.5 km away. While it’s technically walkable, please note that the property is located on a hill. Due to the incline and summer temperatures, we recommend using a car for more comfort — especially when carrying beach gear or traveling with children.



All other amenities, including restaurants, shops, and attractions in Parga, are just a short drive away.
