821 Suite Licorne - Superb apartment

The Unicorn Suite is a 20 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people.

The layout is as follows:

- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Convenient bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo.

Take advantage of the apartment's many amenities:

- TV screen, free Wi-Fi, iron.
- Hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, oven.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of shower towels per person.

In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in Le Lilas at the gateway to Paris, the apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The apartment's neighborhood is convenient for quick access to restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- No parties allowed.
- Cot available on request for a supplement of 40€.

- Independent arrivals 24/7.
- Telephone assistance available from 9:00 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
