Set on the ground floor of a beautiful Parisian building, it opens onto a quiet and bright courtyard. The apartment includes a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, storage space and a dining area.

Apartment was perfectly situated, quiet, clean, spacious enough and comfortable. Perfect for one person. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower was open and the floor outside the shower got pretty wet with water and condensation. But that is merely my personal preference, to have a closed shower. Otherwise, truly a gem in Montmartre. Host’s agency was very welcoming and accessible.

Compact appartement met goed bed, keuken en gecombineerde douche/toilet op de begane grond. Vanuit dit appartement heb je geen uitzicht want het raam is geblindeerd. Het appartement ligt heel rustig op een binnenplaats behalve wanneer er flessen in een container gegooid worden. Vlakbij twee metro lijnen (abbesses en Pigalle) en diverse bushaltes.

Well located in Montemarte and on the ground floor, apartment Marty is an easy uphill walk up to Sacre Cour and an easy stroll to the Moulin Rouge - with Pigalle Metro station at the end of the street.A comfy bed and all necessary amenities, Marty is a quiet refuge in a buzzy neighbourhood.

Simple comme j'aime

Studio conforme à nos attentes dans une cour à l'abri du tumulte de la rue. Malheureusement lors de notre séjour la cour était en travaux mais heureusement peu de nuisance puisque nous partions la journée. Plaque de cuisson, lave linge, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, linge de toilette...manque peut être un petit étendage à linge malgré la fonction séche linge de la machine. Situation parfaite du studio, proche des Abbesses, à 50 métres du fameux Cabaret Michou ( Fermé aprés son décés mais aujourd'hui soirées ''Stand up'' propriété de Gad Elmaleh ) à 2 pas des lignes des métros Abbesses, Pigalle et Anvers. Boulangerie en Face et nombreux restos. Bref, la vie au coeur d'un quartier qu'on aime. Location simple, tranquille, sans chichi mais efficace. Nous reviendrons.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Es sind alle notwendigen Geschäfte um die Ecke, sogar ein Postamt. Die Bahnhöfe sind in nur 1-2 Metro Stationen von der umliegenden Station (Pigalle) entfernt. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist sauber. Die Möbel sind etwas abgenutzt und verschlissen. Aber die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Too much paperwork that has to be done off vrbo

Be warned that this rental requires a mountain of forms filled out on the renters own website as well as a security deposit that also needs to be done off of Vrbo. When I’m traveling around, it can be quite challenging to fill out all of this stuff a few days before the rental starts with constant warnings that your reservation will be cancelled if not done. Truly, if you have the time, then do it. Otherwise, if your data connection on your phone is very slow when out of the country, rent somewhere else. Also be aware that the early mornings will be eye opening as the trash and recycling bins are directly outside the apartment door and the neighbors seem to love to make as much noise as possible as they drop the glass bottles in to the bin. The apartment is adequate, however the cooktop is induction, so be aware if you travel with your own stove top espresso machine as I do. Kitchen is adequately stocked and heat and hot water are bountiful.

Good location, good accommodation

Positives: location is fantastic for this accommodation, just a 5 minute walk from Pigalle & Abbesses (although Abbesses is up hill the entire way), we used Pigalle always. Accommodation has everything you need (except kitchen linens were missing the first week). We were given a free mid-stay cleaning, so towels and bedding were freshened up, and all was cleaned for us for our second week. That was very much appreciated. Negatives: in order to use the kitchen efficiently we found no plug for the sink to do dishes (but there is a small dishwasher which we ended up using), kitchen linens were missing the first week of our stay. The garbage/recycling disposal is right outside the door of the accommodation in the courtyard, so this got to be a little annoying after awhile - bottles clanging into recycling bins in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Otherwise the building was fairly quiet. The dryer in the washer/dryer combo does not dry, it just tumbles the clothing, so plan to hang your clothing on the heated towel rack. Bathroom is very small, and with european showers, there's no door, so everything gets quite wet. There is a lot of mold in the shower, not sure when the last time it was bleached properly, but it seemed to grow while we were there. If you are allergic to mold, I would not stay here.

Incredible location and while you will not have a view of the City the court yard is very quaint and provides a wonderful atmosphere. The dryer on the clothes washer/dryer did not work, the caulking around the shower was moldy, and the bed only had one heavy comforter which made sleeping pretty warm. But, overall nice place and great location.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this great little Montmarte studio. It’s in the perfect location with tons of restaurants and shops close by. It’s close to 2 different metro stations which makes it easy to get around the city. Whenever we needed something, the management was on top of it. It’s really a great place.
