Spectacular duplex-huoneisto, jossa on valtava olohuone, ruokasali, 3 kahden hengen huonetta, joissa oma kylpyhuone. Se on upea istutettu terassi, jossa 6 ihmistä voi ruokailla. Ilmastointi, keskuslämmitys, B&O-äänijärjestelmä, wifi ja paljon taidetta ja antiikkia
Tämä tyylikäs, aurinkoinen ja tilava huoneisto on kaunis kaksikerroksinen. Alemmalla tasolla on valtava olohuone, jossa puulattiat ja romanttinen takka. Olohuoneesta on suora pääsy terassille ja ruokailutilaan. Alemmassa kerroksessa on myös kahden hengen huone, kylpyhuone suihkulla ja iso huippuluokan keittiö. Valomäärät molemmilla puolilla olevilla isoilla ikkunoilla ja lasikatolla. 2 veistosportaat johtavat erillisiin king-sviitteihin ylemmällä tasolla, jokaisessa on ilmastointi. Kylpyhuoneissa on lattia ja seinät on parasta italialaista lasimaljaketta. Yhdessä on poreallas. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, keittiövälineet, lasiesineet ja kaikki tarvikkeet ja yksityiskohdat on valittu maun mukaan. Tämä hämmästyttävä huoneisto mahtuu 6 henkilöä tyylikkäästi tyylikkäästi ja viihtyisästi.

Absolutely lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. There were six of us. Each two of us had our own bedroom and bath suite (but caution: there is no toilet in 3rd bedroom's bath. It is downstairs in the hall.) The house had beautiful decor, live plants, and wonderful ambience. The large living room made a great place for us all to gather. The lovely secluded outdoor garden patio was a great for breakfast. And as far as the neighborhood, it's everything you could ask for in a French escape. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Wonderful boulangerie on the corner. Literally a 1/2 block away from a great street (Mouffetard) lined with restaurants, grab-and-go food, boutique shopping - everything you want. And it was just a couple blocks from line 7 of the metro which is very useful. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The apartment was amazing and so well appointed. Fantastic location near all the food and restaurants just steps away. Amazingly quiet for being in the center of the city. Great location to metro #7 which was easy connection everywhere. The AC saved our lives during the May 2026 heat wave and the house stayed cool if you closed it up in the mornings. Our family of 5, all over 50, managed the stairs, and location well. We loved our stay and will look for this property for our next visit!!

We had a great time. The location was amazing. The children had a wonderful time. They say they want to live in Paris when they grow up. The food shopping was great.The apartment was very large and quite attractive. There were a couple of minor problems with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The lighting was poor and the bedroom was very dark. Access to the apartment involved climbing 40 steps. It is probably not an It is probably not a good choice for renters with mobility and balance problems.Overall, we had a wonderful time.

This property is truly amazing as advertised: Well furnished, large and spacious, beautiful dining room, private ensuite bedrooms, and extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

This property was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples. We each had our own suite with bath/shower and king size bed. The space was unusually large for a Paris apartment and was filled with art and antiques. The location was very convenient to all of Paris and there was a wonderful market street nearby. Because it is in the rear of the building there was no street noise. The kitchen was well equipped with full sized appliances and plenty of dishware. Absolutely wonderful!

Great stay

We had a great time at this apartment - the host was extremely responsive and communication was easy. The location was also fantastic - we would definitely stay here again. The apartment is elegant and spacious. Note if you have toddlers, there are two spiral staircases without railings in the apartment that children should be mindful of. Thanks for your hospitality!

AMAZING APARTMENT IN FABULOUS LOCATION

I can’t say enough good things about this listing. The owner was so responsive with any questions we had or things we needed. When we walked into the living room, we all said “wow”. It is an absolutely beautiful, spacious place. Also a block from Rue Mouffetard which we loved. Highly recommend.

Spatious propery with many excellent features

The main living areas (living room, veranda dining room, kitchen) are roomy and bright. The kitchen was very functional with a full-size refrigerator and a host of other appliances, dishes, cutlerly etc. The large patio was a treat. For older renters it must be said that the apartment is two floors above street level and two of the bedrooms are one floor higher. The owner was very helpful, answered our several questions promptly and helped us arrange cleaning service mid-way in our stay. The location can't be beat with nearby Marche Mouffetard and its wonderful shops. We sampled the many boulangeries and were not disappointed by any. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a very convenient metro station. The air conditioning in the main floor was very handy during the brief heat wave in the middle of our stay (nearly 90 degrees F for two days). One upstairs bedroom lacks AC and got stuffy on warm evenings. Given its size and location this apartment contributed greatly to our enjoyment of two weeks in Paris and was a very good value.

Large, well furnished and a great neighborhood

This is an unusually large apartment. All three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The apartment is well furnished and has many amenities. The terrace and dining area where extras on top of the sound system throughout the apartment. I would recome down this apartment for up to 3 couples, or a family traveling. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook meals whenever we wanted. The dining area was great for formal dining, the terrace was great for coffee and wine in the afternoon.
