There was significant noise outside the apartment every night, making it difficult for my family to get proper rest. The disturbances typically lasted from 10:30 PM until around 6:00 AM. My wife and children had to use AirPods with noise cancellation just to sleep, and I relied on earplugs for the past four nights.
The noise mainly came from three nearby bars and restaurants in the alley, as well as a nearby nightclub. There were also loud taxi drivers shouting and cars blasting music at high volume. Inside the apartment, the floors were very squeaky and noisy, making it unpleasant to walk around.
Basic essentials like toilet paper, garbage bags, and hand soap were not provided, so I had to purchase them myself. The lobby area right outside the room was very dark, and you only had a few seconds to enter or exit, which felt uncomfortable.
The kitchen lacks a proper hood for ventilation while cooking. The toilet flush is weak and often requires using the brush multiple times. Additionally, the receptionist neither spoke English nor appeared particularly helpful, which could be problematic if assistance is needed. I wish they had a safe in the apartment.
That said, there are some positives. The kitchen itself is well-equipped, the shower is excellent, and the sofa bed is of good quality and size. The master bed is comfortable, there is sufficient storage space for clothes, and the location is ideal.
