Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a room with a convertible sofa;
- a bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
The apartment is poorly soundproofed. Neighbors can be part of your daily routine.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its location:
- close to the various restaurants;
- 2 minutes walk from a supermarket "Franprix" for your small daily purchases;
- 190 m from the metro line 2.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Balcony, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Points of interest close to the housing:
- the Park Clichy - Batignolles Martin Luther-King a 12-minute walk;
- the Arc de Triomphe 15 minutes by public transport;
- the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre at 20 minutes; and many more...

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.

Metro:
-line 2 (Rome station): 3 minutes walk.
-line 13 (La Forche station): 11 minutes walk.
Bus:
-lines 28 and 94 (Rome - Batignolles station): 1 minute walk.
-line 66 (La Condamine station): 3 minutes walk.
From Paris-Orly Airport: 38 minutes by taxi.
From the Gare du Nord: 20 minutes by public transport.
