Blooming Lovely!

Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room with clever layout. Smart TV that allows you to chrome cast so not limited to local TV, good for those who want to chill in the hotel room. Pool & other amenities were very good. The hotel presents very well & looks like a new hotel. We had a 6 month old baby with us and the cot in our room was very comfortable & baby slept all night. The hotel is located at about 15 minute drive from Gard du Nord station and has grocery shops & restaurants within walking distance. If I had to improve something, though the staff as a whole were great, the restaurant service team could’ve been friendlier. Also, the beds had one rather flimsy pillow per person so could’ve been more comfortable. Nonetheless, we are planning to stay again when visiting Paris.

It wasn’t worth the pay, there was no room service, most time no chef available in the hotel. The breakfast was poor. It should not even be rated 2 star. The receptionist wasn’t ready to help

We had a small but very comfortable room. The spa is a nice way to relax away from the hustle and bustle. We know Paris well so knew what to expect from the location; it’s a 10 minute walk to Port St Denis which has great restaurants. There isn’t anything obvious in terms of dinner/drinks immediately by the hotel. That didn’t detract for us but I think it could be more challenging for first time visitors.

We stayed at the property with our children (13 &10year old), for 3 nights at the beginning of Jan. It was very cold outside so we stayed in the hotel for much of the day. The pool, sauna and gym were lovely. Pool was a good size and water nice and warm. The staff were amazing very accommodating. We reach early and as our room was ready they let us check in before time. Also the resturant was closed during that time but they were kind to let us use the dining room tables to eat our own food. The only minor quibble we had, is that the shower has a clear glass door so no privacy. Which wouldn't be a problem in a double room, but we were in a family connecting rooms, so had to announce if someone was in the shower so they wouldn't come to the room. Also even if you locked the room from inside you could go into either rooms with the keycards so again a privacy issue. But other then that hotel was great and we had a fabulous time.

The hotel is lovely. We had a very comfortable stay with our two teenage kids. They had an adjoining room which worked really well and was good value compared with paying for 2 rooms. The spa and pool are easily accessed in the basement from the lift and they're kept very clean, well stocked with towels and beautifully warm. We went there each day after miles of walking round Paris and it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
