Ideally Located

Set in Paris's 16th arrondissement, La Muette is an exclusive neighborhood with wonderful views and an exciting cultural scene. The neighborhood is set along the Seine and overlooks the sprawling Bois de Boulogne. The Musée Marmottan Monet displays hundreds of canvases by noted Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Another neighborhood highlight is the Maison de Balzac, an apartment where the noted writer Honore de Balzac lived in the 1840s. It has now been converted into a museum. The Eiffel Tower is just a short walk from La Muette. The neighborhood is also the setting for the Jardin du Ranelagh, a lovely park with a playground and carousel that's perfect for family outings. La Muette is served by Paris's 6 and 9 Metro lines as well as several bus lines. There's also regular train service from the Gare de Boulainvilliers.
