We enjoyed our stay in the artist's studio! Raphaele was very responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and helped us get in and settled. She also let us keep our bags in the apartment past checkout until we needed to head to the airport. Very nice! The location couldn't be better. Steps away from a wonderful bakery that we went to every morning and a a market where got juice and water to keep in the apartment fridge. The restaurant next door L'Acanthe was wonderful! It is also a short walk to the Seine and across to Notre Dame. We saw Notre Dame almost every day! There is a metro station with RER access very close as well. The apartment is well appointed with an espresso maker, mini fridge, dishes and glassware. We made coffee and tea every morning before heading out. The apartment is mostly very quiet and dark (no natural light) and located on a street that does not permit cars. We enjoyed very restful sleep on the very comfortable bed in our cozy little room. The decor is fun and creative as well. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect location

Located on a pedstrian portion of Rue St. Martin in the Marais, you are within walking distance (and buses and underground) to go anywhere in Paris. Restaurants nearby, busy night life, shopping excellent. The apartment is located at the rear of a building on the ground floor, so it is very quiet no matter the activity on the street. A boulanger next door, a supermarche two doors away, one of the famous restaurants of Paris, Benoit, a few doors away. Beautifully decorated. A wonderful host who will help with anything if she can.

Great location. Easy check in /out. Nicely decorated. Dirty bath mats, towels worn, some with holes and bleach stains. Ceiling in shower in need of repair. One broken chair. No drying dish rack. Dirty kitchen towel and sponge worn

Location, Location, Location!!!

We have been to Paris at least 10 times. This location makes you feel like a Parisian. The apartment is on a traffic free walking street. Multiple restaurants are at your door and the next door Boulangerie is fabulous. The primary tourist sights are within a 30 minute walk. Raphaele was perfect hostess; responsive and helpful

Spacious apartment in a great location

Check in was very easy and the location was wonderful. Patisserie, grocery store and coffee shop all within a few steps of the front door. Apartment was spacious and on the ground floor so very convenient. Will definately stay there again.

An Apartment Right Out of a Movie!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. The host was very attentive and prompt in their responses. When you walk out of the building, you are on the quintessential Parisian street. It is pedestrian-only, lined with quaint restaurants, and a bakery and grocery store right outside your door. It is near to the metro and very close to Notre Dame. The apartment is elegantly decorated, with a comfortable bed, and a well-stocked kitchen. I will definitely book this apartment again in the future.

Pretty apt in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, transportation etc. It’s very quiet despite being in a bustling area. Like being at home. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We have been to Paris many times and love the Marais. This cute apartment is in the perfect location with an easy walk to Notre Dame and the Metro. There is a fabulous bakery right next door and more cafes than you can hope to sample. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful and speaks multiple languages. The apartment has that charming flair as seen in the photos, however, it does not have any windows or natural light coming in.

The location for this apartment is outstanding! Close to multiple metro stations, restaurants & other sights. The amenities were as listed and the bed was comfortable. The property manager met us for an early check in and allowed us to get settled in. We loved our stay!

The location couldnt be beat. Shopping, restaurants, bars pastry shop all right outside the front door. Had a comfortable bed, nice large shower with good pressure, washer/dryer. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay

This apartment is truly beautiful and looks just as pictures show. We felt very spoiled to have so much room for a fraction of what a hotel cost would be. Easy access to all Paris locations with many bus and metro stops close by. Shoppers and diners will be delighted with location. Bathroom was truly luxurious, image having two sinks and plenty of room with hot water in shower! Easy to get luggage in as it is on ground floor. I can’t imagine anyone not loving our host and this apartment!

Nice studio in great neighborhood

The stylish studio is as pictured on the web site. It is on a pedestrian only street and in the interior of the building on the ground floor. Therefore it is quite with no street noise. Studio is nice size for a Paris studio. It has been renovated and has a good amount of shelf storage for clothes. It is in a very nice, lively neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
