Welcome to the banks of the Marne! In this small cocoon with warm colours, you will live in the heart of a historic and quiet district of Joinville-le-Pont. Located a few minutes from the banks of the Marne, the guinguettes and the marina, you will also quickly be in the beautiful Bois de Vincennes, in the centre of Paris or at Disneyland Paris.
The accommodation is located in the Polangis district of Joinville-le-Pont. Very quiet and residential, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants of all kinds. A delicious bakery is located directly on Avenue Jean d'Estienne d'Orves less than 1 minute from the apartment. Lovers of paddle, kayak, canoe or motorboats will be able to enjoy the beauty of the banks of the Marne as well as the Polangis canal. A pony club located 3 minutes on foot organises small walks for children on Sunday mornings.
