The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in this completely renovated studio, designed for two guests. Quiet and well appointed, it is the ideal base for a relaxing stay in Paris, whether you come with friends or on business.



The studio includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a sofa bed for two people (140 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding.

• A bathroom: the room includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A practical & open kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans necessary to prepare your meals.

• A lounge & dining area: the lounge area has a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely, as well as a table & chairs

The studio also has convenient laundry facilities — iron and ironing board.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged based on availability, with confirmation provided 24 hours in advance and applicable charges may apply.



Deposit Requirement

A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors to avoid deductions from your deposit.

Please be mindful of any ongoing construction within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for any connection malfunctions.



Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be entertained.
