Mould in bathroom & homeless sleep outside

It’s a basic room, ok for somewhere to lay your head but the shower was in terrible condition & in need of a deep clean to remove black mould. Someone tried our room door handle at 3am, I reported it to security who told me I was wrong. I was not mistaken, I got the fear of my life & did not feel safe then onward. There are homeless people who stay right outside the hotel entrance to the left, who we could see from our room window. They leave their cardboard boxes and belongings there all day. As well as leaving bottles of urine by the doors. I would not return and would advise for safety to avoid this hotel

Good location near a number of metro stations making getting around really easy. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Near an amazing street for food-Rue Montorguiel, about 10 minutes walk away. Also able to walk to attractions in about 30 minutes if you don’t want to take metro.

I had a lot of problems in this hotel. When we first arrived, the key cards to the room weren’t working and when we finally were able to get into the room, there was a very fishy/musty smell. They also advertise that they had air conditioning, but when we got there, it was super hot outside and when we asked about turning on the air-conditioning, they said that it was a central unit and it couldn’t be turned on because in the following days, it was gonna be cold. It was like 80°F outside (and in my opinion that constitutes as a temperature that requires AC) and to be told that we couldn’t turn the AC on was very inconvenient. We decided to call Expedia and after Expedia talk to the hotel they were able to turn the AC on so that just made me think that they didn’t wanna do it in the first place when we asked and that’s why it wasn’t the best experience for me. I do have to say that when the smell in the first room that we were at was very strong and I asked the reception to give me another room. They were accommodating and they did move me to another room. Again in that room, the smell was still present so I think it’s a hotel-wide problem but we open the smell did go away. The area is not central to all the main Paris attractions, but there are bikes super close that you can rent and it was pretty accessible and easy to use and overall the best mode of transportation that I found.

Lovely hotel. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, nice room. Small, compact room - but has everything you need! Comfy beds and nice hot shower! Perfect location for lots of metro stations for exploring the city. Will definitely stay again!

An exceptional group of people work at the hotel. They are welcoming and caring. My room was modern, efficient, and well-maintained. The hotel was within walking distance of two Metro stations. I purchased the breakfast plan, which was good value. The restaurant staff are very professional and serious about food! I enjoyed every breakfast and did not hesitate to return for dinner. I will stay there again when I return to Paris and highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Delightful

This little hotel is delightful. The rooms are small but I stayed here with my teenage son. Plenty of room with baggage. The beds are very comfortable. Room was cleaned. Every day. Staff were welcoming and helped out. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families or if you’re staying on your own The continental breakfast that they offer it is much better to have coffee/breakfast outside of the hotel as it’s much more cheaper the area which the hotel is in is lovely only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions when you get out the underground do not be put off by the area Thank you very much for our day if we visit paracetamol I shall use again

Such a lovely hotel with a very large sized family room and a comfortable single bed for my son to sleep on. Everyone was very nice and it’s central and close to multiple Metro stops. Would definitely stay here again.
