Élysée Collection V offers a quiet retreat from the thrum of the capital. The open-plan living space retains a sense of warmth and intimacy with its earthy colour palette, rich textures, and soft ambient lighting. Get inspired by your culinary adventures in the marble-accented kitchen, while you relax on the plush sofa and watch a movie until supper is ready. There’s a cosy dining nook in the kitchen with a cushioned bench, just right for unhurried meals over a bottle of wine. - This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. The bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen have a heating and cooling system, which runs as air conditioning in the summer, and provides heating in the winter. Only one function can run at a timeo on the system: it will be on heating mode from October to May, and it will be on air conditioning mode from May to October. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. This home is on the second floor with elevator access. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. There is currently some construction in the building while renovation works are being completed. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days. There is currently construction work taking place in the building next door between 9 a. M. And 5 p. M.
