Bright and spacious, this one bedroom apartment of 42 m² is located on the sixth floor of a residential building (with elevator), fully equipped for a comfortable stay in Paris. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

- a fully-equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons you need (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle)
- a lovely bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Come to Gobelin and explore some of the most beautiful gardens in Paris! The Luxembourg Gardens are a must-see, and the Jardin des Plantes is perfect for a leisurely stroll. If you're looking for something more active, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris is a great place to explore. And don't forget to stop by the Panthéon!

Gobelin is also a great place to eat and drink. Chez Gladines Buttes aux Cailles is a great spot for a casual meal, and La Comedia is perfect for a night out. There are also plenty of cafes to choose from, including La Closerie Des Lilas.

Getting around Gobelin is easy, with Les Gobelins station just a short walk away. Campo-Formio station is also nearby, making it easy to explore all that Gobelin has to offer!

Only a 3 minute walk to the Goblines 7 line and an 8 minute walk to the Compo-Formio 5 line.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
