Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels, etc in the laundry basket located in the master bedroom closet.
All garbage must be placed in a garbage bag per our garbage service contract.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

* We are a working homestead and ask that you respect our grounds and animals. * Animal and garden area areas are off limits.
* We ask that you don't flush anything other than the provided septic safe toilet paper. Please don't flush wipes, feminine hygiene items, etc.
* Smoking, of any kind, in the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
