Located in the heart of the rue Beauregard in the Bonne-Nouvelle district, this design and contemporary rental is ideally located in a vibrant neighborhood full of trendy restaurants and local boutiques: one is immersed in the stunning Parisian life.
The charming Montorgueil district is the ideal location for those looking to immerse themselves in the city’s atmosphere. The famous market street of Rue Montorgueil is steps from your front door, and offers a wide range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stalls and more! Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance to the flat. The beautiful Palais Royal and its secret gardens are also close by. With its close proximity to the Metro station Réaumur-Sébastopol or Sentier (Lines 3 & 4), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy.
At the entrance of the apartment, the vestibule gives access to the living room, to one of the two bedrooms and to the toilet. In front of the entrance, the double bedroom, haven of peace with the calm luminosity, reflects well the sober and modern spirit of the place.
