Tämä erittäin viehättävä huoneisto sijaitsee rue de Portefoinissa, XIX-luvun rakennuksessa, muutaman askeleen päässä Square du Templesta, rue de Bretagnen trendikkäistä kaupoista ja Punaisten lasten markkinoista (Le Marché des Enfants Rouge), Pariisin vanhimmat ruokamarkkinat. Voit myös kävellä Picasso-museoon, Cirque d'hiveriin, Place des Vosges -kadulle, Bastille-oopperaan tai Georges Pompidou -keskukseen.

Tämä 50 neliömetrin erittäin tyylikäs huoneisto sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa hissin kanssa. Se mahtuu 4 henkilöä. Arkkitehti on kunnostanut sen kokonaan marraskuussa 2011. Se koostuu sisäänkäynnistä, erillisestä keittiöstä, olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta ja kylpyhuoneesta.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, iso kaappi ja pienet kalusteet. Olohuoneessa on ruokailutila, jossa on pöytä 6 hengelle, ja oleskelualue, jossa on sohva, joka on säädettävissä queen-size-vuodeksi yötä varten.
Kylpyhuoneessa on laaja suihkukaappi, pesuallas, wc ja bidee. Keittiö on täysin varustettu sähkökeraamisilla kontaktigrillailla, mikroaaltouunilla, perinteisellä uunilla, jääkaapilla, pakastinpesuallasella, astianpesukoneella, vaatteiden pesukoneella.
Huoneistossa on myös nopea Internet-yhteys ja kaapeli-TV, ilmainen puhelin, joka on rajoitettu puhelimien kiinteisiin puitteisiin Euroopan unionissa, Yhdysvalloissa ja Kanadassa.

This apartment is in a great location in north Marais. There are great restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby, and there are 2 main Metro stations in short walking distance. But, it is also on a quiet street so you will sleep well at night. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people, and we found it very clean and well cared for, and everything was in good working order. We loved our stay on Rue Portefoin!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und der Ausstattung der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es gab nur ein großes Manko: Das Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Essbereich ist völlig ungeeignet - die Auflage ist weich und nur wenige Zentimeter dick. Man liegt im Prinzip auf dem Lattenrost. Darüber hinaus quietscht es bei jeder Bewegung fürchterlich laut. Entsprechend kann ich die Wohnung leider nur für zwei Personen empfehlen.

We've stayed in this apartment multiple times now, each time for an extended stay of over 5 weeks. We love the location! It's very close to everything that you could want or need. The balcony is a real highlight of the apartment, and we love to spend time out there in the mornings before we head out for the day, and again in the evenings after dinner.We find that the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.We look forward to staying here again on our next Paris trip.

Perfect Spot

Great location and while close to the bustleof Paris it was quiet. It was perfect for my wife and I. Room to relax after a day out and close shops and other interesting areas. Would 100% stay there again.

Great stay in Marais/Pompidou

We really liked the spacious and well-appointed apartment and the location. Good for restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the two tall French doors leading out to balconies in both the living room and bedroom. We will definitely consider renting here again. 2 things we want the management to be aware of: We were unable to enter the apartment at the designated time because the cleaning was not completed, so we were asked to come back an hour and one half later. More importantly the apartment front door needs to be repaired so it has better security for locking when leaving (without slamming as requested in an elevator sign) and for locking when inside the apartment at night for our security. Other these 2 concerns we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Parisian apartment in fantastic location

We loved our stay here: so central in Paris, and yet on a peaceful street, but the advantage of being a couple of minutes walk from plenty of great shops, cafes & restaurants and metro. The apartment is on the 5th floor, there is a (very small) lift to help with access if you need. The apartment is really clean & beautifully furnished. We loved the views from the balcony and being able to sit out at the small table for two. Four of us stayed here and found it the perfect base for exploring the city.

Key problem

Scary start. Midnight and can’t get the key to open the door. Tried and tried. Almost went to another hotel even though luggage in the room and unavailable. Finally got key to work. Owner should fix this. Otherwise a very nice apartment and no complaints.

Ideally situated 1 bed room apartment on 5th floor with elevator that works well. Location is central in Paris 3 rd arr but off main streets so low noise level. Balcony was a real plus. Host was responsive and helpful.Will definitely return.

Our Parisian week at Enfants-Rouges was a dream come true. Nestled in the heart of the Marais, the apartment offered an unbeatable location. We were within walking distance of trendy shops, cozy cafes, and historical sites, making exploration effortless. Plus, the metro was a short distance away for venturing further afield.

Beautiful apartment

This was a perfect place to stay during our 4 day trip to Paris. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe and secure. There was a very small elevator but worked great. Very clean apartment decorated very nice. Loved the sweet balcony with a table and two chairs. The view was beautiful. Recommend they get new pillows and provide more kitchen towels. But definitely a 5 star in our book.

Comfortable stay on the edge of the Marais

A pleasant 3 days at this property in January . Convenient to Marais and Republique. On a quiet side street, 5 th floor (of 6) with a very small but functional elevator. Kitchen and bath supplied with all the basics. In warmer weather the small balcony would be a plus.

Perfect!

Lovely apartment in a great location—Metro (Temple) about 4 blocks and large Monoprix by the station. Very secure with (small) elevator on the 5th floor. Quiet and safe neighborhood and apartment. Roopesh was very responsive and helpful, and ordered us a wonderful private car to get to the airport (Mr Mousa). Great stay in Paris to see Christmas celebration!
