This cozy Parisian apartment is a nice city getaway, located in the centre of Paris, right by Porte Saint Denis, and surrounded by pedestrian streets with cafés, brasseries and boutiques.
The apartment features high ceilings and subtle moldings with warm mustard and blue tones. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with transparent chairs. The two bedrooms are adorned with lively and colorful floral wallpapers.

The space
The building was constructed in the 1700s during the reign of Louis XIV.

Important: There is no elevator in the building. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is accessible by stairs.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor through the stairs (no elevator)

Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
