Cleaning in general was ok. What's good is the location, just in front of the Metro station. The amenities are basic. However, there's no body lotion, iron provided. There's a water dispenser near the lift lobby. The tissue and toilet rolls/ coffee wasnt replenish daily. The reception staff are ok, except Mahmud, who helped us to great length, even extending the check out hours for us. There was 1 waiter (Indian looking) at the Bar, who refused us entry at the lift, because he wants to go up, but the lift going down, and we are going down. He didn't apologise too. The toilet shower was faulty. Aircon was not 'on', unless requested. We were not told about this, we thought the aircon was just not too cold.

The convenient of unlimited of safe drinking water and the daily cleaning of room services were appreciated. The room climatization was totally inefficient and on any civilized world the thermostat expected to work properly unless if the system was broken. I requested an iron for my sister on multiple occasions with no result until I talked to a Manager days later ,the matter was quickly resolved. Some staff reeducation may need to be refreshed. Other than that all is well

Family of 4 over here, 6-day stay. We had a great, comfortable stay. The hotel is quiet, clean, modern and right across from the metro station (Couronnes). There are plenty of small restaurants to eat around, we even found a chinese/thai food that we loved. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed, water fountains with cold water in every floor (bring refillable water bottles), you can even rent an umbrella for 2 euros in the lobby. They let us check in a little bit early for free, we appreciated that. Also when we had a problem with electricity going out in the room, it was fixed within 10 minutes. Really good hotel, we were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Will stay here again.

Staff very welcoming and helpful in sorting out a minor issue and also in indulging my "improving" French. Hotel is well maintained and public areas clean and well maintained. Well worth going for the room with balcony - lovely views across the city towards the Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tour and Pantheon as well as the bustle of the street marker below. Only issue I have is the litter strewn area immediately outside the entrance, probably an issue more for the local council but would be worth a quick clean up by hotel staff.
