Bait and Switch by the Property Management Company led to a UNSATISFACTORY Stay
All the communication prior to my trip was great with this property management company, then 3 days before the stay when our family of 8 was already on the first leg of our trip Sweet Inn informed me there is a technical issue and I can't stay at the property. I was offered a property smaller, a lot further from middle of Paris which lists for about (377 Euros per night) 40% of what I was paying for this place a night and a 30% discount.
Long story short, a lot of issues arise with communication, being able to enter another apt with the smart key and finally getting to the right apt, the apt was dirty, laid out strange and just look like it was not ready for rental. We decided to stay one night there and cancel the other 3 nights.
The management company charged me ONE night at the original property rate (approximately1000 Euros) instead of the going rate of the new place which is 40% of the original and this is apparently including the discount. I sent a detailed message to the director of customer satisfaction of Sweet Inn and I have no heard back.
