Dirty and smelly place

I will not recommend this place to anyone it was dirty, the sheets were used, garbage in the kitchen , it stinks a lot, dusty-Had to clean and spray everything just to use it for the night. Noisy old Fridge and TV-Iwill never go book it again. I can't believe we paid a lot for such disgusting place.

Would never recommend

This was my worst experience in Vrbo, or any other vacation rental for that matter. The host didn’t send me any information up to the day of check in, I had to find wifi and send him messages, pulling teeth to get information about where we going and what we needed to know about the place. Upon arriving, the place was dirty, the sheets were used, the garbage in the kitchen and bathroom were full, the hand soap was empty (to which he never responded back about), there were no towels (to which he stated his ad mentioned, but his ad also didn’t mention sheets would be provided and they were, hmm)and how in the world do you expect people to be traveling internationally with their own bath towels?!, we had to wait to hear from him about the wifi password because we couldn’t even use our maps to get around without, the tv didn’t work, the bed was soo uncomfortable, I just can’t believe I spent so much money for this much misery. We dreaded going back there at night. I know some reviews were decent, not sure how, but I would STRONGLY recommend you find a different place if traveling to Paris!

The apartment is disgusting. I entered it uncleaned. Dirty dishes, bins filled with garbage, brown and blood stains on the sheets. No toilet paper. Curtains have blood stains. There are constant leaks under the shower and bathroom resulting in foul and rotten smell. Landlord and VRBO have been useless to help, completely unresponsive despite my multiple calls, emails, text messages, no one has been able to help. By the most horrible, helpless and stressful holiday I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to leave this filthy place.

Better than it's pictures, a great local stay

We found the apartment better than the pictures, with great security in a clean, light-filled building in a 'locals' neighbourhood with great access to bus and metro, food options nearby. Check in was easy, and they were great leaving some staples in the apartment (salt, butter etc). Much appreciated!

Nur für Hardliner

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem netten Viertel und ist für Pariser Verhältnisse günstig. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, unser Leintuch war leider nicht gewechselt worden, das Geschirr war klebrig, im Bad lag eine alte Klorolle rum, die Tische waren dreckig, die Wohnung nur durch die Vormieter gereinigt. Mit unserer Campingausstattung konnten wir auf eigene Ausstattung zurückgreifen (Geschirrtuch, Schwamm, Töpfe etc), das durchgelegene Bett konnten wir nicht kompensieren. Also, wer hart im Nehmen ist, kann sich einrichten, aber auch wir hatten nach vier Nächten genug.

Séjour à Paris entre filles

Appartement dans un quartier calme donnant sur une cour intérieure fleurie. Sa situation est proche du métro et de la Place de Clichy où l’on peut trouver de quoi se restaurer et boire un verre sur le chemin du retour. Quelques bémols cependant sur la propreté du logement et le clic clac mériterait une bonne retraite.

Mal ya que llegamos a las 9 de la noche y el apartamento está a sucio de la familia anterior, y no apenas pude comucarme con el anfitrión y el en atención al cliente solo me decían que llamase al anfitrión es decir solución 0, Al final acordé sin el anfitrión la devolución de la primera noche

Ruhig und zentral gelegen

Kleines Einzimmer-Appartement, reicht für 4 Personen, für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. In einer Seitenstraße, sehr zentral aber ruhig. Kleine Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe. War nicht sehr sauber, in der Spülmaschine stand noch verschmutztes und angeschimmeltes Geschirr vom Vormieter. Im Wasserkocher war Rost.

Ruhige kleine Wohnung

Ruhig gelegene Parterre-Wohnung im Epinette Quartier. Rund 20-25 Minuten per Metro vom touristischen Zentrum entfernt. An der nahen Avenue de Clichy gibt es alles, was man braucht - Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc. Die Wohnung hat ein französisches Bett (weich, 140x200) in einer Schlafnische und ein Bettsofa (120cm), das jedoch dringend ersetzt werden müsste, da ziemlich durchgesessen/durchgelegen sowie einen kleinen Esstisch und einige Regale und Kommoden. Die kleine Küche ist funtkional eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man so braucht zum kochen und essen. Das Bad ist sehr schmal, hat aber eine eher grosser Duschkabine. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Eingangsbereich. Handtücher müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Alles in allem eine gute Wohnung für 2-3 Personen an praktischer Lage für einige Tage in Paris.
