I welcome you in my 59 square meters apartment in the heart of the 11th district of PARIS, located on the 1st floor without elevator ideal for 2 people. It is located near the Marais and the CANAL SAINT-MARTIN where you can take nice walks and discover what the city of light has to offer!

## Logement
Located in Paris, the accommodation is perfect for a tourist or business stay, with a capacity of up to 2 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax in after an intense day.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay:
Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, WiFi.

You'll have excellent public transport links for strolling around the city and its surroundings, including Filles du Calvaire station (Metro line 8) and Jean-Pierre Timbaud bus station (lines 91 and 96)!

The flat is ideally located close to the Canal Saint-Martin (10 minutes' walk), the Musée National Picasso-Paris (9 minutes' walk) and Place de la Bastille (15 minutes' walk). Place de la Concorde is 13 minutes away by metro line 8, the Louvre Museum is 14 minutes away by metro lines 1 - 8, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 16 minutes away by metro line 11 and the Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes away by metro line 8. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a Franprix 3-minute walk away and the Marché Popincourt a 4-minute walk away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favourites with you!

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.

Lines 5 and 9 (Oberkampf station) : 3 mn by foot.
Lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 (République station) : 6 mn on foot.

Line 56 (Jean-Pierre Timbaud station) : 3 mn walk.

From Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport : 40 mn by car.
From Paris Gare de Lyon : 15 mn by car.
