Our 25m2 studio is the perfect Parisian headquarter, in the heart of the city!
This cocoon of charm, calm, double-glazed windows, offers a view over the rooftops of Paris. It is ultra functional, ideal for solo stays or for 2 with its double bed. The studio has storage, table, chair, bench. The kitchen is well equipped.(Stoves, fridge, microwaves...) Nice shower room with its basin. Washer/dryer.
NB: The toilets, managed by the building, are on the landing, on the other side of the corridor.

- 6th floor with elevator
- Nice view
- The toilets, managed by the building, are on the landing, on the other side of the corridor. (not within the studio).

Located in the 9th district, you would be in the center of the capital to enjoy Paris.
At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants, bars, typically Parisian brasseries and you will be at 15 minutes walk of the famous cabaret « Le moulin rouge ». Next door you would enjoy
la Basilique du Sacré Coeur and le Musée Grévin. Also you will at a few minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette and le Printemps which are the best places for shopping.
