PLEASE NOTE - The apartment is from very high standards in a great location - but the ceilling in the bathroom area is only 2m05 high, the living room and the bedrooms heights are normal.



The Space:

Located in a old parisian building rue Jacob in the heart of St-Germain des Près 6th arrondissement of Paris, this 85sqm apartment enjoys an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.



On the first floor, this incredible 2 bedroom with A/C has been totally designed in a modern and chic way.

Opening onto a large and bright living-room composed of a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area.

This flat for six people, that will appreciate, the modern setting and elegant furniture as well as cooking some meals and sharing moments of conviviality.



The 2 bedroom benefits from queen-size bed with high quality mattresses to ensure a great night sleep, plenty of storage, smart Tvs, A/C, and small desk area.

Both bathroom are equiped with large walk-in shower.

One thing to note; the hallway leading to the bathroom has low ceilings since the height is 2 meters high

This is a great place. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Outstanding bathrooms. The daily housekeeping was very nice. air conditioning worked well. The management team was very responsive. The location is wonderful. Definitely 5 stars. It was expensive but worth every penny.

Amazing Stay!

The Lender apartment was seriously amazing! Very modern and well kept. The attention to detail and amenities were far better than what we anticipated. This neighborhood is also amazing. 1 block from Les Deux Margot, next door to Ladurée and all the shopping within blocks. We had a couple small issues which were quickly resolved by management. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Location, location, location

We were looking for accommodations for two couples on the left bank in St Germain, easy walking to museums. This well-equipped modern apartment was wonderful. One flight up a circular staircase with bedroom views of rue Jacob. Enter to living/dining (sofa easily accommodates one extra person to sleep) then walk down one stair to a long hallway with the laundry closet and three bathrooms (powder room, then shower and one sink, then shower and double sink), then down one more step to the two bedrooms, which are behind those three decorative tall pieces of wood at the end of the hall in the photo. Good AC, washer/dryer. Daily housekeeping, very responsive management. Agree with others that the two storefronts downstairs are not classic Paris charm, but everything else on the block is and this place was a winner for us. When can we go back?

Great apartment for holidays

We had great holidays. The apartment was perfect. Great location near metro, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Nice neighborhood. The host answered to all our inquieres and we had an excellent communication. Check in was very easy and we were able to enter before the check in time. Host helped us with the storage for our luggage at check out. The apartment was very nice, deluxe deco, sheets and towels white as hotel style and it had a cleaning every day which was great! The only thing I could mention it was a bit disappointing is the entrance to the building where the apartment is located. It's a bit old but at the end its Paris style. Even though that detail, I highly recommend the apartment an will return.

The apartment is modern and cozy, bigger to what I was expecting .Daily housekeeping is a plus. Great location . The host answered quickly and helped with everything. I will definitely recommend it.
