The apartment consists of a living room, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a bathroom. It is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator.
It also features a balcony running the length of the apartment from which you can see the rooftops of Paris and the top of the Eiffel Tower in the background.

During the day, the living room offers a large sofa, two designer chairs, a vintage dresser, a built-in closet, and a large flat-screen TV.
The living room at night offers a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a comfortable mattress for two. There is also a mezzanine accessed by a staircase where a third person or even two teenagers can sleep comfortably.
There is also a dining room with an fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a Italian shower cabin, a large lavabo and a WC.
This flat can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
There is the air conditioning and electric heating. It is available also a clothes washing machine. The kitchen provides electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, electric cook top, microwave oven, fridge and all necessary utensils.

Our apartment is situated on the corner between Rue des Saints Pères and Rue Jacob, 2 minutes of walking from Place Saint Germain des Près, in the heart of La Rive Gauche, renowned meeting point with restaurants and bars (les Deux Magots, le Cafe de Flore, Lipp), not forgetting the trendy boutiques on the Boulevard Saint Germain.

Hi, this 5th floor apartment is modest but has a great location for exploring Paris - only 10-15 minute walks to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and d'Orsay. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable for my husband and I even though it's a pull out of the green sofa. There is an elevator thought it's fairly small so for more than 3 people or a large luggage, multiple trips are necessary. For those in the US, just note that likely you'll need to provide your own toiletries (soap and shampoo, maybe even toilet paper once you get there). You'll also need working phone and/or internet to contact the person for check in (a person met us personally) as it's a little hard to understand which door is the correct one to the building.

This apartment was in the perfect area for our 1st time visiting Paris. It’s within walking distance to so many cafes, shopping & site seeing venues. Pros: The building is secured with 2 separate locking doors to enter & has a Paris-sized (tiny) elevator to the 5th floor. It very snuggly fits 3 adults under about 150 pounds. The pull out sofa bed is surprisingly comfy for 2 adults. It has a washing machine. The kitchen has all that’s needed to cook & a Nespresso coffee machine. We ate out at cafes for every meal, so we didn’t utilize it much besides the coffee machine. The AC was wonderful to have as it was up to almost 90 a couple of days. It stopped working, but they had someone come fix it. The narrow balcony spans the apt & you can see the Eiffel Towel from the edge of it. Cons:This building is old, and it is a bit dirty. The apartment itself could use a deep clean throughout, but at least the bathroom was tidy, it is carpet-free, & you’re in Paris. The entryway is extremely dark at night and has lights on a timer that you have to locate in the dark for safety. These cons make me want others to know that this might be an issue for those with small children. I would not recommend any under 10 years old. The ladder to the loft bed could be tricky & dangerous. The loft bed is large, but my daughter said it was hard/not comfortable. We loved the patio, but it has a low fence & I’d not trust kids on it. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location

Excellent location! Easy walk to many sights, cafes, metro, stores. The apartment was as described and adequate for myself and two daughters. Check in was easy and communication was effective. Apartment was clean enough, could use a bit of deep clean. Would absolutely stay again.
