Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was
We had a pleasant stay but the current necessary Covid19 precautions made it difficult to relax completely. All our requests were responded to efficiently and the staff worked hard to make the best of the Covid19 situation.
Absolument rien de positif y compris pour le petit déjeuner, ou si vous arrivez à 9h30 pour un service jusqu'à 10h, vous n'avez rien à manger et à 10h tout pile c'est ranger. Même plus la possibilité d'un café. Bref pas top !
Je ne recommande à personne. Nous prenons cet hôtel car il est à côté de l'Ehpad et c'est plus pratique afin de profiter au maximum de la personne qui est dans cet établissement spécialisé lors de nos visites.
Propriété à revoir en totalité, rideaux occultant troués donc plus occultant du tout. Il y fait un froid insupportable...on a même pas envie d'aller à la douche tellement il fait froid dans cet hôtel y compris dans la salle du petit déjeuner..
Il n'y a même plus de bouilloire pour un petit thé histoire de se réchauffer un peu.
En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, alors là séjour couronné en beauté. Service jusqu'à 10h normalement, donc il doit y avoir de quoi manger au minimum jusqu'à 10h. Et bien non ! À 9h30 il n'y avait déjà plus de pain. Et à 10h pile et bien aucune possibilité de reprendre un café car la machine était à l'arrêt. Tout est rangé à 10h. Hors à 9h55 des personnes peuvent encore arriver, et bien ce n'est pas la peine car de toute façon il n'y aura rien à manger. Nous avons constaté cela à plusieurs reprises ça n'est pas un cas isolé. Mais aujourd'hui, cerise sur gâteau, le monsieur de l'accueil qui débarrasse le petit déjeuner n'a même pas attendu que les gens partent, il a demandé si ils avaient terminés pour prendre les plateaux. De ce fait, ces personnes ont regagnés leur chambre. Bravo ! Il faut revoir la totalité des services de cet établissement. Un manque de savoir vivre complet pour un établissement d'accueil clientèle.
