Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. Only one staff member was working the breakfast area (and, again, she was great) and it was clearly a two-person job; the buffet was not being restocked regularly and the tables were filthy sticky. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a fantastic stay. It's really gone downhill in just a year. It's unlikely we'll be back.

The hotel was clean and our room was good. It had a really big walk in shower. The one thing I will mention is that during check in there seemed to be no one at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes only to realize someone was sitting in the back room the whole time, they just didn’t know or acknowledge that we were there. We came after check in time, so I don’t understand why the employee didn’t acknowledge us and check us in. Other than the delayed check in we enjoyed our stay. One last thing, this hotel does not offer a shuttle to the airport. So if you need a ride use uber, Lyft or whatever you use to catch a ride.
