Oak & Vine Vineyard Estate - Stunning Vineyard Views!

Oak & Vine is an expansive vineyard estate designed to host large groups visiting the Central Coast. Within the estate’s 46 acres, it showcases breathtaking views, luxury amenities, and unique private culinary experiences. There are two homes on the property; the elegant Vineyard house and charming Garden House. The property is also home to two barns, an amphitheater, Chef’s garden, and our recently planted 15 acre vineyard where we will produce multiple varieties of Rhone style grapes. Surrounded by Oak trees, the two vacation homes each feature a Chef’s style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a full service bar. Oak & Vine is proud to offer our own private Chef and Mixologist are available to enhance your experience. Event barn available for weddings and special events, ask about adding this to your stay. Guests can also enjoy our many outdoor amenities and take advantage our extremely close proximity to the area’s most acclaimed wineries.

Garden House

The Garden House at Oak & Vine is available now and, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodates up to 12 guests. This farm style home overlooks the Chef’s garden, as well as beautiful Templeton countryside. The modern farmhouse design features an abundance of natural light, open floor plan and expansive outdoor decks. Guests will enjoy a family style dining room with a vineyard view. Each of the five bedrooms are appointed with top of the line beds and custom millwork.

Vineyard House

The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine, with 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 21 guests. The house sits at the highest point of the property, allowing for breathtaking vineyard views from all sides, and especially appreciated from the sweeping second story deck. Vineyard House welcomes guests with a charming courtyard patio and outdoor fireplace. Inside, guests will enjoy a stone fireplace as the centerpiece of an open living room with vaulted ceilings and a digital grand piano. Each of the eight bedrooms are furnished with Puffy mattresses, luxury linens and modern fixtures. Additional amenities include a 25 foot outdoor fire element, laundry room, library and large multi-purpose room, equipped with A/V capabilities and ideal for meetings and group activities.

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
