Just spent two nights at the Ava with some friends. The hotel is brand new! We may have been the first ones to stay in our room. So fun! But the hotel was great. Had everything you could need, staff was kind and helpful and the pool was lovely (and salt water, so no stinky chlorine). I do wish they had a bar open all day. There is a time between 2-4pm where you can't get any snacks or drinks. But otherwise so great. You can walk to all the places downtown. Would recommend and will definitely come back!

This hotel is a breath of fresh air at Paso. It is a place to be! Modern design and yet warm and welcoming. Stuff is extremely kind and accommodating. Saltwater pool is a special touch. David, front desk, made our trip extra special with amazing upgrade as a Hilton diamond members!

We were charged $30 a night for a destination charge whatever that is because we weren’t members of the hotel group. I would’ve liked to have known about this prior to making reservations. Also, there was lots of smaller taxes and charges we did not know about. The property and the rooms were very nice.
