Welcome to Vina Vista, your private wine country escape on the Central Coast. From dawn to dusk, you`ll be greeted by expansive views of vineyards, rolling hills, and olive orchards from this newly renovated farmhouse, perched atop five private acres.

The exposed-beam great room boasts panoramic views through large picture windows and features a cozy stone fireplace. The open-concept dining room and kitchen are light and airy, with patios that invite you outdoors to the pool area and various seating areas under majestic oak trees.

- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, open closet.
- Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds, open closet.
- Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds, open closet.

The Casita (Included for groups over 8)
- A separate, private casita with a Queen Bed, en-suite bathroom, and a small refrigerator.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU BOOK FOR 8 GUESTS (TOTAL GUESTS COUNT MUST INCLUDE CHILDREN AND INFANTS, NOT JUST ADULTS), YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. If you book for more than 8 guests, the booking fees will include the casita. A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property.
- For groups up to 8: Access to the entire main house and all property amenities.
- For groups of 9-10: Access to the main house PLUS the separate, private Casita.
- Full Property Access: Your booking includes the use of the entire five-acre property, the year-round heated pool, and multiple outdoor seating areas.
- Private & Secure: The property is fully fenced and accessed via a private electric gate, ensuring your complete privacy and security.

We are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and private stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the app. Your privacy is our priority, but we`re here to help make your stay at Vina Vista perfect.

- Optional Concierge Services: Enhance your stay! Please contact us at least 3 days before arrival to arrange any of the following packages:
Pre-arrival Grocery Stock ($50 per guest): We`ll stock the kitchen with your favorite items before you arrive.
Celebration Package ($100 per guest): Includes balloons, a personalized 8-inch cake, and a bottle of champagne.
Romantic Package for 2 ($120): Includes chocolate truffles, champagne, rose petals, balloons, and a personalized note card.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No large events or parties (*per San Luis Obispo County max # of people permitted onsite during day is 12 including guests, max # to spend night as guests is 10).

- No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted inside or outside the house. Violations will result in immediate guest expulsion and a $1,000 fine.

- Pool Rules: Pool is heated year round to upper 80s. No glass bottles, cups, plates etc. of any kind to be used by the pool area. Children cannot be around the pool areas without an adult present. All children under the age of 10 and all adults who cannot swim, must wear a life preserver (life preservers are not provided on site). No swimming is permitted at night without full supervision of a proficient swimmer and all lights must be illuminated. No running or diving at any time around the pool. Pool cover must be on during non-use, day or night. Wood and tile floors are very slick when wet!! Sufficiently dry when coming into house after using the pool. NO ALCOHOL DRINKING WHILE SWIMMING! No underage alcohol consumption at any time. Alcohol consumption to be kept in moderation at all times.

- Children/Infants under the age of 5 must be supervised by an adult at all times and not left alone in any room unless when sleeping. Any damage or liability incurred by children will be the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and not the home owner.

- Service animals are allowed under ADA rules at no charge. Service animal handlers must answer the ADAs 2 question survey. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals per the ADA and are not permitted. Service animals may not be left at the house unattended for any reason and must be with their handlers at all times. This includes day trips.

- Active Farmland: The home is situated on active farmland. The water is supplied by an on-site well and is treated by a full water filtration and softening system for your comfort.

- Local Wildlife: You are in the country and may encounter local wildlife. For your safety, please stay within the farmhouse perimeter. We recommend using bug spray and sunscreen when enjoying the outdoors.

- Power Outages: The house is not equipped with a backup power generator. In the rare event of an emergency (like a power outage or storm), we will do our best to keep you informed. Refunds are not granted for events outside of our control.

As a guest of Paso Robles Wine Country Villa, Pool & Views, you'll find an outdoor pool, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
